Leadership is not a trait – it is a craft

Orangize is a framework for leaders who want to work methodically on themselves – not only on their organisations.

What is Orangize?

Orangize is a twelve-step leadership framework – developed for leaders who want to work seriously on themselves, not only on their organisations.

The framework takes its starting point in one of the most proven programmes for change there is – systematically reworked and adapted to the setting where leadership is actually exercised. In decisions, in relationships and under pressure.

Why it was created

This framework grew out of experience, not theory. Out of the insight that real change requires structure – and that the structure has to come from within.

Most leadership programmes work from the outside in. This one does the opposite.

It is built for leaders who already carry a great deal – and who want to work on it methodically, not only intuitively.

Who is it for?

For you who lead – or want to. Who are prepared to work methodically on yourself, not only on your organisation. Who understand that leadership is not a trait you have – it is a craft you develop.

How it works

The framework is built in twelve steps, each building on the one before. Start with Steps 1–3 – they are completely free and lay the foundation. Then continue with Steps 4–12, where the practical work happens.

Every step contains theory, reflection, exercises and cases – built to be used in your everyday life, not just read.

The journey is also available as a book: The Leadership Awakening – The Leader You Already Are. The book gives you the understanding, told through leaders you will recognise. The course is made for the training. Many begin with the book and continue in the course – others do it the other way round.

Who is behind it?

Orangize and the book The Leadership Awakening were created by Hans Staversjö. The framework grew out of his own journey as a leader – out of the years of carrying responsibility, and out of the insight that real change begins within and needs structure to last. The book and the course are the same journey in two forms – the one he would have needed himself, earlier.
