Terms of Purchase

These terms apply when a private individual or a company registers for or purchases digital access to the course The Leadership Framework in 12 Steps, or purchases the book The Leadership Awakening as an e-book, through HSÖ Konsult AB’s website en.orangize.se. Purchases made by consumers are subject to mandatory consumer protection legislation, in Sweden and in the consumer’s country of residence within the EU/EEA where applicable. Purchases made by companies are governed by these terms and general contract law, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

1. Company details

The seller is:

Company name: HSÖ Konsult AB

Company registration number (Sweden): 556644-7990

VAT number: SE556644799001

E-mail: admin@orangize.se

Telephone: +46 70-930 09 41

Postal address: Dunkevägen 22, SE-554 47 Jönköping, Sweden

Before a contract is concluded, the company provides clear information about, among other things, its identity, contact details, price, terms of payment, terms of delivery and the right of withdrawal when selling to consumers at a distance.

2. How the course is structured

The course consists of 12 steps in total.

  • Steps 1–3 are offered free of charge after registration.
  • Steps 4–12 make up the paid part of the course and are purchased separately as a one-time-payment digital course.

Registering for Steps 1–3 does not create any obligation to purchase Steps 4–12. A purchase of Steps 4–12 covers only the paid course content stated in the order.

The course is individual and intended for one person per registration or purchase. Access is personal and may not be transferred, shared or used by several people without written approval from HSÖ Konsult AB.

The course contains no live sessions or coaching. It is delivered digitally and may include videos, texts, exercises, self-study and downloadable documents.

2.1 The book

The website also sells the book The Leadership Awakening – The Leader You Already Are as an e-book (PDF). The e-book can be purchased independently of the course. The e-book is included at no extra cost when purchasing Steps 4–12.

The printed edition (ISBN 978-91-8150-121-6) is not sold through this website. It is available from booksellers worldwide; purchases from a bookseller are governed by that bookseller’s terms.

3. Period of access

Steps 1–3 are offered free of charge and are available without time limit for as long as HSÖ Konsult AB operates and provides the course platform. If the business ceases, or if the course platform is replaced or discontinued, access to Steps 1–3 may change or end. HSÖ Konsult AB aims to inform registered users in reasonable time where possible.

Steps 4–12 are available for exactly 12 months from the date of payment, unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase. When this period ends, access ends automatically without notice of termination.

The e-book is not time-limited. Downloaded files may be kept, and the download links under My Purchases remain valid for as long as the website is provided.

4. Ordering and contract

The contract for the paid part of the course is concluded when the customer has completed the order and received an order confirmation. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the details provided are correct and up to date.

HSÖ Konsult AB reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, technical error, incorrect pricing or other obvious mistake.

At checkout, the buyer chooses whether the purchase is made as a private individual or as a company. This choice determines how HSÖ Konsult AB handles the purchase (for example invoice details and VAT), but does not affect the application of mandatory consumer protection legislation.

5. Price and payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK). For consumer purchases, prices are stated including VAT and any other mandatory charges before the purchase is completed. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and fees when charging you in another currency.

Payment for Steps 4–12 and for the e-book is made as a one-time payment using the payment methods shown at checkout. The purchase does not renew automatically.

For company purchases, the buyer is responsible for providing correct company and reference details at the time of purchase. Companies registered for VAT in another EU country may enter their VAT number at checkout.

6. Delivery

Steps 1–3 become available after registration is completed. Steps 4–12 are delivered digitally and normally become available immediately after payment has been completed, by activation of the account, unlocking of the course content or equivalent digital delivery.

HSÖ Konsult AB is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, internet outages, technical disruptions at third parties or incorrect details provided by the customer.

The e-book is delivered digitally. The download link to the PDF file is provided in the order confirmation and under My Purchases on the website. The links are personal.

7. Right of withdrawal for consumers

For purchases made at a distance, consumers as a rule have a 14-day right of withdrawal, counted from the day after the contract was concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send a clear statement to HSÖ Konsult AB, for example by e-mail to admin@orangize.se, before the withdrawal period has expired. The consumer may use the model withdrawal form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency or the EU model form, but this is not a requirement. Information about the right of withdrawal and the model form is provided clearly before the contract is concluded, and the model form is made available at checkout and attached to the order confirmation on a durable medium.

7.1 Immediate access to the digital course and e-book

Steps 4–12 and the e-book are digital content that is made available immediately after purchase. At checkout, the consumer gives, by an active and separate choice (checkbox), express consent to delivery beginning immediately after purchase, that is, before the withdrawal period has expired.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the consumer, by this active choice at checkout, (1) consents to delivery beginning during the withdrawal period and (2) expressly acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. This consent and acknowledgement are repeated in the contract confirmation, which the consumer receives on a durable medium.

7.2 Refunds on withdrawal

Delivery is regarded as begun when the paid part of the course (Steps 4–12) is made available by unlocking or activation in the user account, or when the download links to the e-book have been made available. Since Steps 4–12 are made available immediately after payment, with the consumer’s express consent and acknowledgement under section 7.1, delivery has normally already begun by the time the purchase is completed. Once delivery has begun in this way, no right of withdrawal applies and no refund on grounds of withdrawal is made.

In the exceptional case that delivery has not begun when the consumer gives notice of withdrawal — for example if access has not yet been activated for technical reasons — the full amount paid is refunded without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day HSÖ Konsult AB received the notice of withdrawal. The refund is made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

8. No statutory right of withdrawal for companies

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. If the purchase is made by a company, or by a person acting in the course of a trade or business, no statutory right of withdrawal applies unless HSÖ Konsult AB expressly offers this in writing.

9. Registration and user account

To access Steps 1–3 or Steps 4–12, the user may need to register an account. The user is responsible for keeping their login details secure and may not share them with others.

HSÖ Konsult AB is entitled to suspend access to the free or paid part in case of suspected misuse, unauthorised sharing, attempted intrusion or other breach of contract.

10. Technical requirements

The customer is responsible for having a working internet connection, a compatible device and the software needed to use the course and any downloadable documents. Any specific technical requirements are stated on the website before purchase or registration.

11. Downloadable material

The course may contain downloadable documents, templates or similar material, and the e-book is delivered as downloadable files. The customer may keep and use such material for personal use even after digital access to the course has ended. This does not apply if the contract is terminated under the law, in which case the end or return of the right of use may follow from mandatory rules.

It is not permitted to distribute, sell, share, publish or make the downloaded material available to third parties without written permission from HSÖ Konsult AB, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

12. Right of use and intellectual property

The customer receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the course during the period of access, and the e-book without time limit, for their own use. All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the course, the book, videos, texts, documents, templates, images and other material belong to HSÖ Konsult AB or its licensors.

It is not permitted to copy, record, distribute, sell, sub-license or otherwise make the course, the book or the course material available to others, beyond what is expressly permitted in these terms or follows from mandatory law.

13. Defects, interruptions and complaints

Digital content and digital services are covered by consumer protection, and the consumer may complain if the course or the e-book is defective or does not work as intended.

A complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. Complaints are sent to admin@orangize.se and should include a clear description of the defect.

HSÖ Konsult AB is entitled in the first instance to remedy the defect, for example by correction, update or restored access. If the defect is material and is not remedied within a reasonable time, the consumer may be entitled to a price reduction or termination under applicable law.

14. Changes to the course

HSÖ Konsult AB is entitled to make minor changes to the content, structure, platform and design of the course, provided the change does not materially impair the course’s main function or value. For digital content and digital services, changes may be made under certain conditions in accordance with applicable rules.

15. Limitation of liability

The course and the book are provided as educational and informational material. HSÖ Konsult AB is not responsible for how the customer chooses to use the content of the course or the book, for the decisions the customer makes based on the material, or for the results the customer achieves in their business, their leadership or their private life.

This limitation of liability does not apply to the extent liability follows from mandatory law.

16. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with HSÖ Konsult AB’s privacy policy. Before registering or purchasing, the customer is given information about how personal data is processed and how the company can be contacted regarding privacy matters.

17. Force majeure

HSÖ Konsult AB is not responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control, such as government decisions, industrial action, power failure, fire, flood, cyber-attack, major operational disruption or similar events.

18. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Consumers resident in another EU/EEA country also retain the protection of mandatory rules in their own country. In the event of a dispute, the parties should first try to resolve the matter by agreement.

Consumers may refer a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), https://www.arn.se. Consumers resident in another EU/EEA country may also contact the European Consumer Centre (ECC) in their own country for guidance on cross-border disputes.
