The book for the management team. The course for the managers.
The Leadership Awakening works just as well read alone as worked through in a group. Many of those who get in touch want to give the book to their managers – or let the whole management team walk the twelve steps together. Here is how.
The book in several copies
E-book 99 SEK per copy. Order directly in the shop: enter your company name (and VAT number if you have one) at checkout and pay by card; the receipt arrives as a PDF with the order confirmation. Printed copies are available from booksellers worldwide.

The course for a group
The course Leadership in 12 Steps is the same journey as the book, step by step, with theory, self-assessment, exercises and cases for every step. The first three steps are free; Steps 4–12 cost 1,995 SEK per participant, and the e-book is included.
How it works for a group:
- You get in touch with the number of participants.
- You receive an invoice and a company code.
- Each participant registers on en.orangize.se, completes the three free steps and redeems the code for Steps 4–12.
The course is built for self-paced use, but it becomes a leadership programme if you take one step a month and meet for an hour around the book’s reflection questions. No external consultant needed – the questions are already in the book.
Payment and VAT
Prices are in Swedish kronor and include Swedish VAT (6 % on books, 25 % on the course). Single purchases are paid at checkout by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna, and the receipt arrives as a PDF with the order confirmation. For group orders we invoice the company directly; companies within the EU (outside Sweden) with a valid VAT number are invoiced without Swedish VAT (reverse charge), and companies outside the EU without VAT.
